Doubao PR head Liu Xing denied on Aug 31 that the viral claim "Doubao suggested boiling slippers" was staged misinformation. A blogger had said Doubao advised boiling deformed slippers, damaging shoes and pot. Liu said Doubao would not give such advice and warns users against improper boiling.....
